Water Treatment Installation · TX
We handle water treatment projects end to end — pilot studies, design, fabrication, construction, and ongoing maintenance. Whether you need filter media replaced, a single equipment item supplied, or a complete treatment system built, we’ll develop a solution that fits.
At WETS, our product line is as extensive and diverse as any in the potable water industry. As a water treatment solutions provider, we design products for surface water, groundwater, environmental remediation, and tertiary filtration, serving municipalities, utility districts, and commercial and industrial clients alike. Our offerings include gravity filtration systems, aeration water treatment systems, arsenic water treatment systems, iron removal systems, ion exchange units, and many other applications.
P-01Aeration
Aerator / VOC Stripper
WETS aeration and stripping systems use a proprietary forced-draft design that improves mass transfer and produces higher-quality effluent. A proprietary forced-draft design increases mass transfer efficiency, yielding cleaner effluent than conventional configurations.
WETS supplies horizontal and vertical pressure filters in manual or automated configurations, built to customer requirements. Proprietary internals improve flow distribution and reduce the backwash flow.
The Water Aeration Filtration Unit (WAFU)® combines aeration and filtration in a single vessel. Our patented design eliminates the separate aerator, reducing footprint and improving energy efficiency.
WETS designs ion exchange unit to remove hardness and various radio nuclides. Our fully automated ion exchange unit improves water quality with enhance filter system performance.
Water Equipment and Treatment Services (WETS) is committed to continual quality improvement, meeting our customers’ requirements, and continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system through compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable requirements.

05 Our Services
Water treatment services.
WETS begins every project with an on-site pilot study, using our trailer-mounted unit to verify filtration, aeration, and dissolved gas removal on your actual water. Our EPC-trained Professional Engineers then design and deliver the full system — equipment and plant alike. Ongoing maintenance, annual engineer-led inspections, and emergency service protect that investment for the life of the plant.
Pilot Study STEP 01
At WETS LLC, every solution begins with an on-site pilot study. We have developed a trailer-mounted unit that can draw a sample water stream directly from the well pump for testing. The unit includes a pilot filter, an aeration unit, and a laboratory test kit to run the tests and verify the results. Our pilot methane and hydrogen sulfide gas collection system is developed in-house and is based on Raoult’s law of partial pressure.
Our in-house pilot system collects methane and hydrogen sulfide in precise, measurable quantities, with samples captured in Tedlar bags for gas chromatography analysis.
Scheduled maintenance, inspection, and responsive repair keep your treatment systems running reliably year after year — with emergency service available when you need it. Aeration and filtration units require annual inspection, and our annual maintenance program includes a professional engineer’s inspection of the vessel along with recommendations to extend its service life. Filter media also loses a portion of its top layer with every backwash; anthracite typically depletes by roughly one inch of bed depth per year, which our program tracks and replenishes.
WETS professional engineer has in depth knowledge of the product and plant process. We have supplied equipment and engineered the entire plant. Our engineers have EPC background so meeting the engineer’s requirement is easier for us. We are team of professional engineers with PE certification in many states.
